Made, Not Born

The common assumption is that people are born with confidence, but research shows that is not true. George Hollenbeck and Douglas Hall found people with self-confidence are made, not born. Your level of self-confidence is not fixed but a perception that changes over time as you learn and develop capabilities, achieve more experiences and obtain new information about yourself.
